• All European Union prices are inclusive of VAT at 17.5% and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the website.
• Wherever you are in the world, the price you pay is inclusive of packaging, insurance and signed-for delivery.

Please note that for your protection and ours, we have nothing to do with the online card processing mechanism. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.

SHIPPING

• We aim to despatch your order to you within a week. If, for any reason, there is a delay, we will let you know when we acknowledge your order.
• With our ten years of experience in worldwide shipping, we have established a range of reliable shipping options, depending on weight, bulk and fragility. We use Royal Mail (Recorded or Special Delivery or International Signed For), DHL, UPS or TNT.
• For very large or heavy items, such as wall friezes, Selene and marble items, we use Seabourne Express, who specialise in the transportation of art and antiques. They collect, pack, insure and deliver.
• All deliveries will require a signature upon arrival.

Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description. It's All Greek will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on our website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Please be aware that, due to the fact that our products are either individually cast, carved, painted and hand finished, there will inevitably be minor variations in size, colour and texture.

Your privacy is of the highest importance to us and we promise never to release your personal details to any other company for mailing or marketing purposes.

When you make a purchase from our website, we retain certain personal information from you such as your name, address and email. We would only use this information to send you the occasional news bulletin or invitations to events. It's All Greek complies fully with all applicable Data Protection and consumer legislation and will treat all your personal information as fully confidential. If you would prefer us to delete your details from our database, please email or phone us.

PayPoint (SECPay) and PayPal handle our online credit card transactions. They receive the information needed to verify and authorise your payment card and are under strict obligation to keep your personal information private.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We have complete confidence in all our products and our aim is to supply products of the highest quality at all times.

If, however, you wish to return an item to us, please do so within 28 days. You will be entitled to a full refund or a replacement, if we have it in stock. A returned item must be in its original condition and in its original packaging.

IMPORT TAXES (for orders outside the EU)

Orders placed with us outside the European Union may be subject to import tax. Please note that this is the customer's responsibility.
