Prices on the website
The price of an item is the same as the 'takeaway' price at our London shop.
The shipping cost will be applied to the contents of your basket.
With 18 years of experience in shipping our pieces all over the world, we have now formulated a single shipping cost for each item, dependent on its weight, size and fragility, and destination.
The shipping cost also reflects a little of the time and the materials involved in the process.
Customers in the UK and EU will pay the price shown, which includes VAT at the current rate of 20%.
Customers outside the EU VAT zone will pay the price marked 'Ex Tax'.
Orders placed from outside the European Union may be subject to import tax. Should such a tax be levied, please note that it is the customer's responsibility to pay.
Customers who have visited our London shop in Museum Street will understand that our space, whilst beautiful, is rather small!
Consequently we have, in the last couple of years, developed a system of stock rotation at the shop and online.
We also plan stock deliveries with care, so as to (attempt to) minimise chaos in Museum Street, so if you have a time-sensitive purchase, please give us as much notice as possible.
Jewellery items can arrive with us from Greece within a couple of weeks, but other pieces can take a little longer. We try to provide clear information about this on the website. Sometimes there are delays with our deliveries from Greece, for whatever reason. We will keep in touch with you and keep you up to date.
Special Order Items
Some pieces are available only by Special Order. You will need to contact us about purchasing one of these, as they are not activated for purchase: we like to be able to give you an idea of lead time and to make sure you are happy with this before you make any payment.
