A lovely miniature, the underside of which is decorated with wave-like spirals.

It is based on the Cycladic 'frying pan' shape, from a collection in the National Archaeological Museum in Athens, dating to ca 2800-2300 BCE. The originals were found at the cemetery in Chalandriani, Syros.

This is a bronze version of the terracotta original.
