The shipping cost will be applied to the contents of your basket at the checkout.
UK VAT and Import Duty outside the EU
Customers in the UK and EU will pay the price shown, which includes VAT at the current rate of 20%.
Customers outside the EU VAT zone will pay the price marked 'Ex Tax'.
Orders placed from outside the European Union may be subject to import tax. Should such a tax be levied, please note that it is the customer's responsibility to pay.
Each item on our website has its stock status clearly stated. If you have a time-sensitive purchase, please give as much notice as possible!
When you have placed your order, you will receive the standard automatic Order Confirmation. Within 24 hours or so , a more personal email will follow, to discuss lead time and a convenient delivery arrangement.
If your item is in stock, it will usually be sent within a few days. If, for any reason, there is a delay, I will let you know when I acknowledge your order.

There are a range of shipping options, depending on weight, bulk and fragility. The most favoured courier options at the moment for items above 2kg are DPD, ParcelForce, and TNT. Royal Mail UK Signed For, and International Tracked/Signed, for smaller items.
All deliveries will require a signature upon receipt.
Estimated delivery times
We would aim at between three and five working days for a smaller item, provided it is in stock. Your consignment is trackable if we use a courier company, with text and email updates. Royal Mail's Special Delivery for the next day is available on request and at extra charge. Large and/or fragile items will probably take longer to prepare for shipping. When we acknowledge your order we will discuss all this with you.
Outside the UK
Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For: 5-10 working days
EU deliveries : 5-7 working days
International items : 7-14 working days
Returns and Refunds
We have the utmost confidence in all our products and our aim is to supply you with products of the highest quality at all times.
If, however, you wish to return an item, you may do so within 28 days. Please phone or email to discuss the matter and to arrange the return.
You will be entitled to a full refund or a replacement, if it is in stock. We will also refund any return postage cost incurred by you. A returned item must be in its original condition and in its original packaging.
For reasons of hygiene and because it is impossible for us to verify whether they have been worn or not, we cannot offer a return or an exchange on earrings.
