Terms and Conditions
These are the Terms and Conditions which apply to your purchase of reproduction Greek art , jewellery and gifts (‘Goods’) from the It’s All Greek website at www.itsallgreek.co.uk (the ‘Website’). The Website and Goods are provided by It’s All Greek (‘We’, ‘us’, ‘our’), the trading name of Museum Gallery (London) Ltd, registered in England and Wales. When we refer to ‘you’ and ‘your’, we mean the user of the Website and purchaser of the Goods.
These terms and conditions form a legally binding contract between us and you. Your acceptance of the terms and conditions is given when you purchase Goods from us. You should read these terms and conditions carefully before buying anything from this website.
The terms and conditions contain the following sections:
Part 1 – Information about the Website and the Goods
Part 2 – Buying Goods
Part 3 – Returning Goods
Part 4 – General terms relating to our relationship with you
We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions under which the Website and the Goods are provided. Any such change in terms and conditions will apply to all subsequent orders. You should check the terms and conditions on the Website periodically to ensure that you are aware of and comply with the current version.
If you have any questions about the terms and conditions, the Goods or the Website, please email us.
PART 1 – INFORMATION ABOUT THE WEBSITE AND THE GOODS
This sets out some terms about information on the Website, descriptions of the Goods and how you use the Website. Separate Notices and Disclaimers apply to your use of the Website. By accepting these terms and conditions you also agree to the Notices and Disclaimers (below).
We try to make sure that all the information on the Website, including descriptions of our Goods, and listed prices, are accurate and correct at all times.
However, mistakes do happen. We will try to resolve all information errors on the Website as soon as reasonably possible and, if we reasonably think that such an error has affected your purchase of Goods, we will try to let you know.
You should bear in mind that buying Goods over the internet provides a different shopping experience from buying at our shop. In particular, you acknowledge that:
• Due to the fact that the Goods are individually cast, carved, painted or hand-finished, there will inevitably be minor variations in size, colour and texture. The colours which are shown for the Goods on the Website will depend on many factors, including your display settings.
• All goods are subject to availability – we may not be able to supply your order. Every effort is made by us daily to update the Website so that stock availability is reflected.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your login details, password and all other details in relation to your account remain confidential at all times
PART 2 – BUYING GOODS
This Part sets out some terms which apply to your purchase of Goods from us through the Website.
You make an offer to purchase a product from us (your "Order") by completing the staged process on the Website as set out below:
Adding a product/s to your shopping basket
Checkout step 1 – Login details or, if you prefer, you can purchase as a guest
Checkout step 2 – address details
Checkout step 3 – payment details
On receipt of your Order, we will send you a formal Order Acknowledgement email to the email address which you provide in the Order process. This Order acknowledgement email will contain your Order number and details of the Goods ordered.
Within 24 hours or so we will email you more 'personally' from London to let you know when you may expect your goods to be delivered.
All prices and charges on the Website can be viewed in UK Pound Sterling, Euro, USD, Canadian Dollar and Australian Dollar.
All prices within the UK and European Union are inclusive of VAT. VAT is not charged on orders from outside the EU. The latter prices are shown as 'Ex Tax' for each item.
In the case of orders shipped outside the EU, responsibility for the payment of any import charges incurred remains with the customer.
PART 3 – RETURNING GOODS
This Part sets out the terms which govern your right to return any Goods that you do not want to keep. You can, at any time within 28 days of receiving Goods from us, cancel your contract and return any Goods to us.
The Goods must be returned to us intact, undamaged as soon as reasonably possible. In the case of an item of jewellery (with the exception of earrings - see below), it must be unworn. We will refund to the payment card the price you paid for the Goods returned to us, in addition to any agreed postal charge incurred by you.
In the case of earrings, we are not able to verify whether they have been worn or not and therefore for reasons of hygiene, no return or exchange is possible.
Your rights under this Part 3 are in addition to the cancellation rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. If you wish, you may notify us by fax on 020 7405 0283 or email firstname.lastname@example.org that you wish to cancel your contract before the end of the statutory cancellation period (7 days from the day after you receive the Goods). You must then return the goods to us.
Nothing under these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.
